My first day in England

I wasn’t superstitous at all in my whole life. To tell truth my 13th August (Friday!) wasn’t a lucky day for me.
Flying from Budapest to Luton was my first flight in my whole life. My plane had 2 hours late, because somebody called the airport, that he/she hid a bomb to the airplane. The security team checked the plane, they didn’t find anything, maybe it was just a „good” joke.

On the airport I met a nice woman, called Margó. She went to London to earn more money. She had a job interview for a sales assistant job in the lingerie and underwear shop, Tezenis. She left her son and her husband in Hungary, they followed her in February.

My plane landed in London around 11pm. My boss, Andrey picked me up by car. He was from Russia, he had a quite strong accent. Understanding him was hard for me. We were chatting in the car, and we listened the 3-year old little girl, Dasha’s favourite nursery rhymes on CD.
I can’t remember how long the journey from Luton to Ealing took by car. When we arrived, Elena, the mother hugged me. The little girl, Dasha, was in bed. I didn’t meet her.

In the morning I felt a little bit strange, because Dasha didn’t really interested in me. Usually the kids are just charming, and after half an hour they start to talk to you and play with you. She was reserved.

We brought her to piano lesson, she played the Piccadilly Circus. Then we went home to have some lunch, after we went to Royal Opera House to see the Ballet Cinderella. This stunning performance was the first Ballet, I have ever seen, and I enjoyed every minute of it.

After the show they showed me the Trafalgar Square, and Chinatown, that I liked.
Finally we went home, and I don’t really remember what we did.

I juts have read an article about quick-fire, speed dating. I would like to share my opinions about it.
The quick fire dating is like this: every single person has 3 minutes to get to know each other. After the conversation, you decide, do you want to know better the person you spoke to, or not.
The main positive thing of the speed dating, that you increase your chances to find Mr./Ms. Right, because you can get to know 20-30 persons in one night.
It is really useful for the time-lack professional people, who don’t know places to get to know others, or simply they just don’t want to waste their special free-time.

Personally, I wouldn’t try it. I’m just 19, but I’m already disappointed in men. I could recommend it 30-ish, 40-ish females, who are desperate to find a partner because of their biological clocks ticking .

clothes of Ghebriel

Ghebriel`s clothes shopping depends on the money. She likes shopping, sometimes she found inspiration from fashion magazines.
She likes wearing black with patterns, as we can see in this photo. She bought this black blouse with floral prints in Topshop in last Summer. It cost her £12.
I think her warm, black cardigan was a good deal, because she can wear it in every season. She bought in Next last year, it was £15. It made from nylon, viscose and wool.

Her blue, bootcut jeans from New Look. These are from New Look, and cost £14. She is satisfied with the quality.

She bought her black, wedge shoes in East Street market. She is disappointed, because these aren`t so warm, but at least waterproof and comfortable. These cost £15, and comfortabel.

She is wearing nice, italian silver bracelet and her gold wedding ring as a jewellery.

Her favourite shop is Mark&Spencer, because of the good quality and the style of the clothes. She buys her pants and night dresses from there.

As we know, she tall enough, that is why she preferes flat shoes.
She doesn`t like opened shirts, because she is skinny.

Sometimes she wears make-up on special events, this is usually a reddish lipstick.

Her favourite clothes is eritrean cultural clothes, she usually wears it in church or for celebration.
